all the boys a boy could want!

We can’t wait for blackcat boys, our showcase night for the season, to take place Friday 17th February (next week!)

Martyn BadouiWe decided 3 gorgeous starlets weren’t enough, so we’ve added another boy to the bill, Sydney Fringe alumni, Martyn Badoui. After a sell out concert for the 2011 Sydney Fringe Festival, Martyn Badoui joins the blackcat boys performing songs from his first EP ‘Borderline Crazy’, and new tunes birthed  from the most volatile parts of his psyche, including the new singles ‘Middle Class Marty’ and ‘kundalini’.

Described as “at the very least mind-blowing” (Susan Wood, Sydney Online Street Press) Martyn has played support for superstars Lady GaGa and Max Sharam. His forthcoming releases for 2012 include a covers album and his second EP ‘Complicated Creatures.’

Accompanied by piano, guitar and violin, Martyn conjours his Kundalini, weaving intimate tales of privilege, suicide, aunts, chihuahuas, and unrequited love.

Martyn will be performing alongside the already announced Brendan Maclean, Brett Every and Tom Sharah.
